Reviews
Online appointment booking was quick and easy. She is a very friendly veterinarian and always explains her procedures. Ms. Thiel took a lot of time for our dog, always paying close attention to the animal's signals and needs. Afterwards, she showed us exercises we could do at home and offered to be contacted whenever we had further questions. Our dog was completely relaxed, which was certainly also due to the relaxed and calm atmosphere. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Ms. Thiel.
Thank you so much for the wonderful initial consultation and support for my Beagle, Louie! Even a layperson could see the blockages being resolved, and we also received easy-to-implement physiotherapy exercises to do at home. 👍🏼 We'll practice diligently! Ms. Thiel took the time to listen to my dog's entire story and had a fantastic rapport with him, connecting with him immediately! Thank you!
We took our Westie to see Ms. Thiel today because he's having problems with his hind leg. It was a very positive experience for us. Our Momo was allowed to settle in peacefully before being treated, so he was very relaxed. Ms. Thiel takes an incredible amount of time for everything. We will definitely see her again if we have any problems with our pets. Thank you again, Ms. Thiel.
"I was disappointed. Veterinarian Julia Thiel's practice focuses heavily on osteopathy, homeopathy, and naturopathic methods. This is something you should definitely know beforehand. According to their own statement, it is NOT a conventional veterinary practice; for example, they do not administer vaccinations, medications, or provide emergency treatments. Therefore, in my opinion, this practice is not suitable for acute illnesses or emergencies. The prices also seem disproportionate to the services offered. I would have liked more transparency—especially clearer communication that they do not provide conventional veterinary care. The term 'veterinarian' can be misleading in this context. This might be appropriate for alternative treatment approaches, but anyone seeking standard veterinary care should look elsewhere."
Today I took my 12-year-old dog, who has a chronic illness, to see Ms. Thiel for the first time. My Lena immediately trusted her and... she enjoyed the treatment. It was clear right away that it was doing her a world of good. Now we just have to wait for it to take effect... I've already scheduled another appointment. I highly recommend her!
