Nice and helpful staff. We're bought here some pills for our beagle. Everything was nice and fast.

Its hard to find a good vet in a small town but this is an exception. The staffs are very nice and full of warmth. I have arrived 30mins early before opening time and it was cold outside, the staff let my cat inside so that she can be comfortable. I was touched by this kindness. The doc himself is a very jolly person. No matter how worried you are, his smile and his confidence will wipe away every creases on your forehead. The receptionist speaks only german yet she is very cooperative. I have seen people using google translator to communicate with her and she has all the patience in the world to understand the pet owner. Everything is structured and organized inside. I have been taking my animals to Dr. Klemm's veterinary practice for several years and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Dr. Klemm is an extremely friendly, empathetic, and highly competent veterinarian. He always takes his time with his patients and explains everything calmly and clearly, so that as a pet owner, you feel well-informed and in good hands. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to him. The entire practice team is also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. You feel welcome as soon as you enter the practice, and both people and animals are treated with great patience and attention. The atmosphere in the practice is pleasant and calm, and the treatments are always very professional. That's precisely why you always enjoy taking your pet there. I went to the emergency vet, Dr. Klemm. He took incredibly loving, comprehensive, and competent care of my cat, including advice on his future diet and medication. His staff were also absolutely lovely and caring. A fantastic team. Update 10 days after the treatment: My cat is as fit and agile as he hasn't been in months. I don't know what the team did, but they've given me a new cat. I am so incredibly grateful.
