The doctor is competent and answers almost all questions. The support staff is very hands-on, even during treatments, which is somewhat disruptive and creates a bit of a commotion. And a major drawback is the cold waiting room, with black mold on the wall and the rather uninviting decor. There's definitely room for improvement! I wouldn't expect a place like this even in a small village. And it's in a lovely location in the town of Ilmenau.
