I highly recommend Dr. Rheker. She is empathetic, competent, and considerate, explains every step of the treatment, and is always there when you need her. Last year, she accompanied our Goya on his final journey with great sensitivity and was a tremendous help to both him and us. My comfort was knowing that he himself decided when to leave us, that we were with him, and that Dr. Rheker's treatment ensured he was pain-free. It was a peaceful, quiet, gentle, and loving farewell to our beloved Goya, which strengthened our bond even further than we already shared after 13 years together. We are incredibly sad that he is no longer with us and incredibly grateful that he was.

Unfortunately, we only met Dr. Rheker on the last day of my cat's life while we were on holiday in Boltenhagen. She came to our house twice for emergency veterinary care and accompanied my little Sabah on her final journey with compassion, expertise, and dignity. Thank you so much ❤️

We are taking our first dog to Dr. Rheker. We went there for the initial check-up and vaccinations shortly after our puppy arrived, based on a recommendation. Many questions and uncertainties arose after our first few days together. These uncertainties and questions were completely answered and resolved. This professional and, above all, friendly manner convinced us to take advantage of not only the medical services but also the training and educational offerings. After excellent advice and numerous tips, we seized the opportunity and joined the puppy group. We have already completed the basic course at the dog training school and are looking forward to the next ones. The dog training school has made so many things easier for us, and we have learned to understand our dog. We have never experienced any waiting times; the practice is modern and very clean. Even during our initial phone call, we received friendly and expert advice. The practice is very clean, and both animals and their owners feel comfortable. It's wonderful that Dr. Rheker is still offering puppy classes and dog training (following all required hygiene regulations) even during the pandemic. I consulted Ms. Rheker to help me decide on gold implants and to get information about them. The initial consultation was excellent, and the implants were inserted shortly afterward. Everything went smoothly. My dog ​​is already doing wonderfully after just three days, and I'm looking forward to the follow-up appointment and hope everything is alright. I would definitely come back here again if my dogs had joint problems!
