We've been taking our animals to Dr. Lämmle for as long as I can remember. My dwarf rabbit lived to be 16... Our first dog also lived to be 16, and our two current dogs are, as always, receiving excellent care. She's always ready to offer advice, and we've never been disappointed! She often prefers homeopathic treatment, which I think is fantastic! I'm completely satisfied and can highly recommend her!

Dr. Lämmle has been our cat Balu's veterinarian for almost 3 years. We are very satisfied with her and feel well cared for there.

They have an open ear for every little problem; our dog and cat are in good hands; the professional and objective advice is honest and top-notch.

She refused to continue treating my male guinea pig, who had a chronically diseased upper incisor. Her receptionist made us wait two weeks for an appointment with my guinea pig. A guinea pig can quickly die during this time due to refusal to eat. When the appointment finally came and my pet was treated, it was clear that my guinea pig had a chronically diseased tooth root. I knew that my pet would need monthly tooth trimming appointments to survive. This was dismissed as unnecessary, and the veterinarian became abusive and lectured me (giving me tips on how to trim teeth in pet stores). The upshot is that I switched veterinarians. The new vet was cheaper, friendlier, and trimmed my guinea pig's tooth monthly. A guinea pig with a dental problem doesn't live very long, that's clear. The other veterinarian, through his competence and understanding—something this vet lacked in empathy—gave my guinea pig another good year in which he was very happy in his environment, even though he succumbed to his dental problems after a year. But that's precisely the point: to help animals, not to label them and their owners, and that's exactly why my guinea pig lived a year longer. I don't recommend this veterinarian. Yes, she's a competent vet, but she completely lacks empathy. My guinea pig would have died sooner if she had treated it.
