I am so grateful to have found Walter's veterinary practice! There are many practices out there that do their job, but I searched for a long time for a practice like this. In an acute emergency (especially with poisoning), Ms. Deyringer was available during her lunch break. I was able to get an appointment immediately, and my cat received comprehensive care. Nothing unnecessary was done, but everything necessary was, ensuring that we didn't overlook anything. We received excellent care, the aftercare was perfect, and most importantly: our cat is doing well again. Many thanks to Ms. Deyringer also for calling us after her shift with such patience and calm to give us the blood test results and advise us on how to proceed. 🫶 We have always received excellent care in the past as well. Ms. Rottler and Ms. Walter cared for my disabled cat a few years ago, who unfortunately had a difficult start in life. Through necessary, but not unnecessary, surgeries and careful consideration, the two veterinarians ensured that my cat now lives a completely unrestricted life. I especially want to commend the receptionists, who are not only friendly but (unlike in other practices) truly competent. Whenever we call the practice with any concern, they can provide us with expert advice over the phone and initiate the right steps. Even when we had a sudden, unexpected death, it was the receptionist who emotionally comforted us over the phone during our initial shock. After a total of six years with four animals at this practice, I can say that we have never had a single negative experience there and are always surprised by the professional expertise, the caring empathy, and the overall fairness of this practice.
