One phone call and I was seen immediately. They work with the animals without any pressure. I'm so glad they helped us so quickly.

Yesterday, my dog ​​Püppi had an injured claw, so we urgently visited a nearby veterinary practice in Frommern. Although it was a simple injury, the visit was anything but satisfactory. Instead of focusing on the actual problem, we were initially recommended vaccinations, spaying, and dental cleaning – even though we neither wanted nor had discussed these. We pointed out Püppi's sensitive history of seizures and asked for gentle treatment. Nevertheless, she was sedated – with a dosage that was far too high. The anesthesia was incorrectly administered, leading to severe seizures and nearly causing her kidney failure. Even worse: We were neither informed about the medications being used nor asked for their consent – ​​even though we were waiting just a few meters away. In the end, we were given medication without explanation, without a diagnosis, and without a look at her blood work. This included medications that, in combination, could have been life-threatening. Today we were informed that further treatments had been performed – again without our knowledge – and asked for subsequent payment. We feel completely abandoned in this situation – both medically and personally. One thing is clear to us: We would rather drive many miles further in the future than visit this practice again.

We feel very well cared for at this practice. The doctors and assistants are wonderful... highly recommended.

The team is incredibly empathetic and takes the time to answer questions; you immediately feel completely comfortable and understood. The veterinarian clearly explains what is being done. You can tell right away that the animals' well-being is their top priority. I highly recommend this practice!
