I'm very satisfied! My cat had surgery today after a hole was cut above his mouth, and they looked after him until after closing time. A few hours later, he was still a little groggy, but doing well! You can contact the practice with any questions; everything is answered competently and with experience. You can confidently entrust your beloved pet to these hands. Thank you to the whole team!

I feel truly understood and cared for at this practice, even on an emotional level. The transparency shown by the staff gives you the feeling that they understand what's wrong with your beloved pet and what the situation is. The fact that this general feeling of uncertainty you often have when dealing with a topic you don't understand as a non-expert gives me, as an animal lover, peace of mind. The way my pet is treated here is also very warm and caring. In short: I would gladly return. It's clear that these veterinarians truly love animals!

This has been my vet for many years and I can highly recommend them. The entire team is very friendly and dedicated, and they are highly skilled. Their approach is also very personal; they know the animals and their owners and are not superficial. They take their time and make you feel like you and your pets are in good hands.

Unfortunately, we lost an incredible amount of valuable time due to the emergency service. They should have sent us to the veterinary clinic immediately after we called, given the symptoms! Instead, we only got an appointment about an hour after calling, then had to wait another hour in the waiting room before being sent to the clinic in Stuttgart after a very basic examination (costing over €200). At the clinic, they clearly stated that they should have sent us there immediately with these symptoms to avoid wasting any time... We arrived too late; our cat couldn't be saved.
