I've been taking my Bernese Mountain Dog to Ms. Niebling for over seven years. My dog ​​receives excellent care, both for routine appointments like vaccinations and when he's ill. Ms. Niebling takes a lot of time for each examination, and I appreciate her therapeutic approach, which combines conventional medicine with homeopathic remedies. It's a well-rounded approach that truly benefits the animal. My dog ​​trusts her completely and remains calm even when things get uncomfortable.

A good friend of mine was just turned away with her dog (who is dying and in pain)... with the explanation that they didn't have time. I find it really sad that they can't take the time when an animal is in pain and dying...

Since we moved to Bitz two months ago, I visited this veterinary practice for the first time today with my two cats. My animals have never been treated with such care; the entire team took plenty of time for the examination, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for that. The bill for two cats was, in my opinion, more than fair; I would even call it a bargain. I was a patient at a veterinary clinic for over ten years, and the animals were treated more like merchandise. I would gladly give ten stars, and I am grateful that there are still people who enjoy their work. Warmest regards from my two cats as well :-)

On August 19, 2019, I took our two 11-year-old cats, Lisa and Krümel, to the practice for a general check-up and treatment, and I must say I was extremely impressed. The practice was very clean, the staff was very, very friendly, and Dr. Niebling made a very competent, caring, and empathetic impression on us. She patiently answered all our questions, and even our usually rather shy and anxious cats were much more relaxed compared to our old vet and let her examine them without any problems. She demonstrated incredible patience and gave us some very good advice. We will definitely continue to use her services, even though not every treatment can be painless and stress-free. A calm and empathetic approach can be helpful in preventing things from getting worse. Dr. Niebling and her veterinary assistant absolutely met these criteria. Through our previous dogs, ferrets, rabbits, and more... Over the years, we've met several veterinarians and can say that there are very few (I only know one who moved too far away) who are as wonderful as Dr. Niebling. Prices are normal and reasonable, but good treatment and the resulting recovery of our animals are more important to me. I visited the practice for the first time today and was immediately admitted as an emergency case. I felt very well cared for! The vet took plenty of time and was very gentle with my cat. I'm very satisfied and would go back anytime!
