Since we moved to Bitz two months ago, I visited this veterinary practice for the first time today with my two cats. My animals have never been treated with such care; the entire team took plenty of time for the examination, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for that. The bill for two cats was, in my opinion, more than fair; I would even call it a bargain. I was a patient at a veterinary clinic for over ten years, and the animals were treated more like merchandise. I would gladly give ten stars, and I am grateful that there are still people who enjoy their work. Warmest regards from my two cats as well :-)

I took my puppy to the vet's office for the first time today. We received a very warm welcome, didn't have to wait long, and were treated with such incredible care! Despite his illness, my dog ​​had a wonderful time. Everything was explained perfectly, without any time pressure. The bill was absolutely reasonable. A huge thank you to the entire team at the vet's office; it was truly outstanding, and that's not something you can take for granted these days! This is how a visit to the vet becomes a highlight for the animal, not a nightmare! We give them 50 stars! Thank you, and keep up the great work! We are thrilled!

Getting emergency appointment was easy and fast. Team was helpful, empathetic and price was reasonable. Definitely one of my top veterinirans to go to now. Thank you ❤️‍🩹!!!

Not recommended! Animal welfare is clearly a last resort. My dog ​​was prescribed contrast dye during an examination, which she was supposed to take regularly. Despite known kidney problems, she was also given a wild mix of medications, as a result of which my beloved four-legged family member died of multiple organ failure. Beware!!

We are very satisfied with this practice! People also feel comfortable there.
