Hello, today I went to Dr. Steinwandel because my cat was sneezing and coughing. Dr. Steinwandel was very, very kind to me, and my cat felt very comfortable. At another practice, there would have been a wait, even at the urgent care clinic. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Steinwandel and would give her 5 stars. The urgent care clinic was excellent. Thank you so much, Dr. Steinwandel! 🙏🙏🙏 I will definitely come back to you because I felt very comfortable with you, and so did my cat.

Dr. Steinwandel is a very conscientious veterinarian. Animal welfare is always her top priority. That's simply the most important thing! Praise doesn't always get through online, while criticism, unfortunately, spreads much faster! 🤔 The payment practices of patients/clients often leave much to be desired, which is why clients and their animals frequently go from practice to practice, especially on weekends. This is something to consider, and it shouldn't go unmentioned! Sincerely, one of many satisfied customers 😁

My experience with the emergency veterinary clinic in Albstadt-Ebingen on a Sunday was unfortunately very disappointing. The vet was unfriendly, made me wait in the rain, insisted on cash payment, and even complained about how I kept my pet without knowing anything about it. Before doing anything, she asked about the animal's age, which gave me the impression that she was wondering whether it was even worth helping. Overall, the whole situation was very unpleasant, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this clinic for emergencies.
