Dr.med.vet. Karin Hegner Tierärztin

A truly lovely, competent veterinarian who really knows her stuff. I took my big guy to her, and she took such wonderful care of him. Unfortunately, his kidneys failed. Even the IV fluids didn't help him anymore, so I sadly had to have him put down yesterday. Ms. Hegner explained everything so clearly and carried out the procedure with me. Even during the farewell, she was incredibly calm and gave me and my mom all the time we needed. Thank you for your amazing help! 🙏🕊️

Very friendly and caring

Very friendly and competent care. They truly prioritize the animal's well-being. Despite this, they don't push unnecessary treatments, but rather discuss necessary and optional procedures openly. Consequently, even with a major issue and multiple visits, the overall costs remained reasonable. I would gladly go back!

Expertise with a heart for animals When we took in an abandoned kitten last year, we naturally had to get her first aid done. All the veterinary practices in the area were unwilling to give us an appointment in a timely manner. We were turned away with the phrase "only life-threatening cases." That's exactly what we wanted to have checked out... Dr. Hegner was the only one who made an appointment available for us immediately. After many necessary treatments, we now have a healthy, active cat. Dr. Hegner is also always there for us with tips and advice on nutrition, grooming, and overall care. And it's good value for money. She doesn't do anything that isn't absolutely necessary. We trust her completely and can recommend her without reservation.
