The best veterinary team, and by that I mean the entire practice team. Since we started going to this practice, our vet odyssey has finally come to an end. We live 100km away, but when our senior pets are sick, we drive to Forsbach. Thank you for everything this team has done.
A very, very friendly practice. We've had a long and frustrating experience with our cat, going through several different vets. We were initially referred to Dr. Zeidler's practice for a dental x-ray. However, Dr. Zeidler quickly became attentive and ordered other tests (x-rays and ultrasound) for our little cat. Unfortunately, the result was that we had to have her euthanized. If he hadn't listened so carefully and thoughtfully, we would have treated her teeth, and in hindsight, she would still have died from pancreatic issues. And she probably would have suffered terribly. Since our cat was spared so much further suffering, I want to express my gratitude. Even though that's always the worst possible reason to leave a veterinary practice.
Looked after our dog yesterday at very short notice. All fixed up and a very good price.
The veterinarians at this practice are absolutely top-notch, especially when it comes to dental surgery. They work at the highest professional level and are very gentle with the animals – my cat was a terrible case (everything was severely inflamed – some teeth were barely visible due to tartar buildup), and the positive results were noticeable just two days after the extractions – in her behavior, etc. The practice is modernly equipped, has its own laboratory and specialized dental X-ray equipment, and therefore offers excellent diagnostics and treatment. Even if you have to travel a bit further, it's definitely worth the trip. Professionally outstanding and highly recommended!
I'm currently taking my third dog to Dr. Roland Zeidler and have always been satisfied. He always takes his time and is very thorough in his diagnostics. This was evident again today during the ultrasound of my dog, Kevin. I appreciate the calm and collected atmosphere he exudes. Furthermore, he and his staff (especially Ms. Krämer) always treat my dogs with such care and affection.
