I once had to drop off a cat there that had been injured. I saw it lying on the street near Vürfels, apparently after it had been hit by a car. I rang the bell after the usual opening hours, and someone was there to take care of the still-living cat and help it. I can only say that's positive. It should be like that everywhere, but where I wasn't the owner and don't know who paid the bill, it was really great.
