We are completely satisfied! The vet was very competent and exceptionally friendly. He took plenty of time and cared for both our pet and us with great sensitivity. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, so we felt we were in excellent hands. Thank you so much for the wonderful care – highly recommended! 🐾

Dr. Deveci and his team took excellent care of our dog, examined him thoroughly, and dedicated a great deal of time to everything! What my wife and I found exceptional was that Dr. Deveci first sat down with us and had a lengthy conversation about everything concerning our dog before beginning the treatment. Based on my own experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Deveci and his team to everyone.

I went in for an emergency. My cat was panting heavily and had a high fever. The vet took me in and, with fever reducers and a cold shower, probably saved my cat's life as well. That's why I don't want to give a one-star rating. I couldn't pay on the spot, but I went anyway because it was an emergency. When I offered to show my ID and ask for a bill, which I would, of course, pay in the next few days, they said either I call the police or the cat (plus the six kittens in the basket) stays there. Since I had to go to work and didn't have time to argue, I left the cat there and managed to scrape together the money that evening and picked up the mother cat. The fact that the animal, along with the kittens in the basket, was kept as collateral is simply shameful and gives the impression that money is their top priority. Just sad.

A veterinary practice that's simply perfect. I first had my little cat spayed here on the recommendation of my trusted animal shelter. Due to a bad history with anesthesia, I was incredibly anxious about the surgery, but Dr. Deveci took the time to examine her beforehand, and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Her husband then performed the surgery flawlessly. They were both available and helpful at every stage of the aftercare. They not only cared for the little one but also for both cats, sometimes even briefly offering support to a distraught pet owner. Because I feel so well cared for here, I also went to Dr. Deveci for a second opinion regarding my other cat. She's doing a wonderful job with him and developed a comprehensive treatment plan with me. She suggested so many options and always had a good plan in place, incorporating truly modern treatment methods. 10/5 ⭐️

The Deveci couple are incredibly warm and empathetic. I immediately felt comfortable and well cared for. They offer honest and friendly advice and truly take their time – both for me and for my cats, Manfred and Elli. From now on, this is definitely our trusted veterinary practice.
