From the bottom of my heart, I thank you – also on behalf of my dog ​​Maja – for the loving and conscientious emergency care you provided today. We came from Magdeburg and were immediately given a warm welcome. Dr. Fürst took an incredible amount of time, examined Maja very calmly, and explained every step to me clearly. You could tell that she works with heart, patience, and great empathy – Maja wasn't just treated, but truly cared for. I was particularly impressed that she even examined the blood Maja had lost to be absolutely sure that everything was alright. The veterinary assistant who was present during the examination was also very friendly, calm, and caring – this made the whole atmosphere even more pleasant. Thanks to this warm and professional care, I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief and take Maja home feeling relaxed.
