On April 3, 2024, we took our 15-year-old grandpa, "Mex," to see Ms. Freitag for his final visit. She was a kind, honest, and empathetic doctor who accompanied us on this very difficult journey. We will continue to have our offspring cared for here in the future.

The fact that I've been going to Dr. Freitag ever since my dog, who will soon be 10 years old, was born, says it all! I have 100% trust in Dr. Freitag and can highly recommend her practice! As for the waiting times, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Prices are probably on the higher end – but my dog's health is absolutely worth it!

An absolute disaster! She didn't have any gloves on hand, except latex ones, to neuter a feral cat... We had to whirl the cat around in the carrier until she could reach an opening and give it the injection... My cat clung on tightly, then she took her syringe and carefully pricked his paws until he let go... Absolutely horrific! I will never set foot in that vet's office again...

As soon as you enter her practice, you know you're in the right place: everything seems calm, friendly, and welcoming, and you immediately feel like you're in good hands. Our Carlo was sick, and we were very worried. He's usually quite anxious when going to the vet, and he's often nervous on the way there. But with Dr. Freitag, it was different: She took her time, greeted Carlo lovingly, spoke calmly with him, and let him sniff and calm down. This empathetic manner immediately gave us confidence, and you could tell Carlo felt more secure, too. The examination was thorough but never rushed. Everything was explained to us step by step so we understood exactly what was going on and what treatment would be best for Carlo. It was clear that Dr. Freitag is not only highly skilled, but also works with passion. She doesn't just see an animal, she sees a family member. Thanks to her quick and competent help, Carlo recovered quickly. Today, he's playing happily again, romping around the garden, and is back to his old self. This was a huge relief for us, and we are infinitely grateful for it. What particularly impressed us was the combination of her extensive expertise, empathy, and patience. You never feel rushed; every question is taken seriously, and you get the feeling that the animals' well-being truly comes first. We can recommend Dr. Freitag from the bottom of our hearts. Anyone who wants their pet to be in the best hands will not be disappointed. For us, she has become not just a veterinarian, but a true confidant.
