On April 3rd, 2024, we took our 15-year-old senior dog, Mex, to Dr. Freitag's veterinary clinic for his final moments. She was a good, honest, and empathetic veterinarian who supported us through this very difficult time. We will also entrust our future puppies to her care.

An absolute disaster! She didn't have any gloves on hand, except latex ones, to neuter a feral cat... We had to whirl the cat around in the carrier until she could reach an opening and give it the injection... My cat clung on tightly, then she took her syringe and carefully pricked his paws until he let go... Absolutely horrific! I will never set foot in that vet's office again...

The moment you step into her practice, you know you're in the right place: everything is calm, friendly, and inviting, and you immediately feel well cared for. Our Carlo was sick, and we were very worried. He's usually quite anxious when it's time for the vet, and he's often nervous even on the way there. But with Dr. Freitag, it was different: she took her time, greeted Carlo warmly, spoke to him calmly, and let him sniff around and settle down. This empathetic approach immediately gave us confidence, and we could tell Carlo felt more secure. The examination was thorough but never rushed. Everything was explained to us step by step so we understood exactly what was going on and which treatment was best for Carlo. It was clear that Dr. Freitag truly cared for our pets. Dr. Freitag is not only highly skilled, but she also works with so much heart. She doesn't just see an animal; she sees a member of the family. Thanks to her quick and competent help, Carlo recovered rapidly. Today he's happily playing again, romping around the garden, and is back to his old self. This was a huge relief for us, and we are incredibly grateful. What impressed us most was the combination of extensive expertise, empathy, and patience. You never feel rushed; every question is taken seriously, and you get the feeling that the animals' well-being truly comes first. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Freitag. Anyone who wants their pet to be in the best hands won't be disappointed. For us, she's not just a veterinarian, but a true confidante.
