Our dog was turned away from the walk-in clinic today at 10:55 a.m. A sign on the door stated that visitors must arrive by 10:45 a.m. at the latest. Despite leaving in good time, traffic made this impossible for us. Even after inquiring (I've been a client of this practice with my animals for 20 years), no exception was made. We then went to the competitor in Dülmen.
I've been taking our rescue dog to Dr. Olivier's practice for several years now and have always been very satisfied. Overall, they are a very friendly, helpful team with great empathy. Many thanks to the entire team. My dog and I will remain loyal patients.
