First things first... The vet is calm and a bit "unusual"! His examination room and waiting room smell strongly of smoke and look very unclean. However, I must say that he was very gentle with our elderly dog (13 years old). He took his time with her, observed her, and treated her very lovingly – we've had much worse experiences! We will definitely come back for minor issues and vaccinations!
My cat (a real terror at the vet) has never had such a quick and painless examination and vaccination/deworming. The big guy let the vet handle him, palpate him, look in his mouth, listen to his heart and lungs—completely no problem. I wondered if he was even my cat. It only took 10 minutes; we've never had such a stress-free vaccination. The vet is a bit of a character, but who cares as long as he's simply the best for my cat? The needles are clean, the vaccine comes straight from the fridge, and I don't give a damn if my jacket smells afterward.
Terrible. In an emergency, go to Berlin. - Extremely smoky; if you don't have asthma, you probably will afterward. Under no circumstances should you take children into the practice. (Bwz himself never goes in there either.) - There's no bill, only a receipt; extremely suspicious. - The rooms are very, very dirty. - He's rough, not empathetic with the animals, and likes to insult pet owners.
I received excellent advice; the doctor was a bit grumpy but still competent and helpful. Unfortunately, the practice was very unhygienic. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied. 👍🏻
