Personal assessment: The equine clinic should reconsider some of its treatment methods, listen to the horse owners, and take their concerns seriously. If even laypeople in equine medicine notice that something is wrong, the treatment cannot be correct. Furthermore, communication among the treating veterinarians needs to be improved. There is no proper handover to the next treating veterinarian. The horse that underwent surgery there did not survive its stay at the clinic after prolonged suffering.

Fantastic! No other vet could or would help us with our specific emergency. It's such a shame when vets don't care about the well-being of ALL animals. Then we called the clinic (we've had good experiences with them before with our horses) and someone was there immediately to help us. You can tell they put their heart and soul into it. Keep up the good work!

I've been a customer for over 20 years – with some breaks due to moving – and have had both excellent and less positive experiences. Of course, it often depends on the treating veterinarian, and sometimes personal rapport simply isn't there. Overall, though, I can say that I've never been completely dissatisfied. Incidentally, in my experience, pet owners who communicate clearly rarely have problems.

The symptoms were treated very well, however, the cause was said to be untraceable. Without knowing the cause, the horse suffered a relapse immediately after discharge. Had the blood work been examined more thoroughly, and not just the selected tests, a significant step towards a diagnosis would have been possible. Therefore, blood had to be drawn again, and with the help of another veterinarian, the cause was finally identified. The horse could then be treated accordingly.

I took my Icelandic horse to the clinic for colic around Easter. Everyone there was incredibly kind and always kept me informed about his condition. Thankfully, they were able to avoid surgery, and he was able to go home alive and well before Easter. I was also very impressed with the communication between the referring vet and the clinic. And the price was absolutely reasonable. Many thanks to the team!
