We have two cats, and they are very well cared for here. I also really appreciate being there alone with my cat, as this eliminates stress for both animal and human. Dr. Steinbach is a wonderful veterinarian.
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the treatment or the value for money. A friend recommended the practice to me, but I can't recommend it myself! We had an emergency, and after ringing the doorbell several times, no one answered. The incident I'm referring to occurred in the fall of 2020. In the winter of 2022/23, we had another animal emergency, and again we were simply left standing at the door. Another woman was then admitted. My pet died; perhaps timely treatment could have saved my baby.
I have two cats and feel they are in excellent hands with Ms. Steinbach. She is empathetic, practical, and always tries to find the most comfortable solution for the animal. Everything is great!
We've been clients of the Steinbach practice with our horse for well over 10 years. A review is long overdue! Every concern is taken seriously, and every treatment is carried out with the utmost precision. What can I say... I'm absolutely thrilled! Since my dog isn't the easiest, I was able to get an appointment when no one else was there. The neutering went perfectly... I'm so happy!
