Reviews
Excellent Vets. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you
Super
A superbly equipped practice. Always friendly, helpful, and understanding, from the lovely receptionists to the assistants and doctors. Full of empathy and compassion. Always easily reachable. You (animal and human!) are taken seriously, even receiving callbacks outside of regular opening hours, sometimes from the treating veterinarian herself. They take their time. Wonderful and loving care. Great empathy in difficult situations. Warm, compassionate support and guidance when making final decisions. Dear Himmelsbach Team, you are a blessing! A huge thank you!
I was seeing Dr. Gramberg for treatment of tendonitis in my Podenco-Galgo mix (a mix of German Shepherds and Galgos) in his left foreleg. I can wholeheartedly recommend her! Last year, my dog contracted giardia and it was really bad. He had massive diarrhea for three days, more liquid than water, and vomited (only) twice. He refused food and water only half-heartedly. We went to see Dr. Himmelsbach herself! She only wanted to give him an injection for nausea and vomiting, but nothing for the diarrhea, saying that the cause had to be eliminated by the body (bowel movement) – which is true – BUT two days later we had to go back as an emergency case because he hadn't had normal diarrhea since the previous evening, but instead was passing blood. By then he was so weak because he hadn't eaten a single thing for five days and had refused almost all liquids for nearly three days. I had been giving him small squirts of water into the corner of his mouth; he was dangerously dehydrated. Thankfully, Dr. Hierschbiel treated him. I'm sure she saved his life that day! 🤎 The whole practice does a fantastic job. However, I won't let Ms. Himmelsbach treat my dog again! I definitely recommend Dr. Hierschbiel and Dr. Gramberg!! 🤎🤎
A truly wonderful practice. Very friendly staff and excellent veterinarians. They are very animal-friendly and extremely empathetic. I highly recommend them. Excellent value for money.
