My vet in Haßloch is permanently closed. I recently had an emergency with my cat (he wasn't urinating) and tried to get help first thing Friday morning at 8:00 AM. I was brushed off on the phone with the explanation that they weren't accepting any new animals. I was told to contact another vet in Haßloch. However, she wouldn't open until 9:30, and I was really worried. I felt completely abandoned with my pet. It would have been much more helpful if I could have come in for a check-up and then found another vet. It was during regular office hours. I understand they can't take on new patients... but an emergency???

I took my animals to this practice for about two years – including surgeries, x-rays, ultrasounds, and other treatments. I never missed an appointment and was always reliable. That's why it was so shocking when, just one day before an appointment I'd scheduled for my sick pet two weeks prior, they suddenly canceled it – with the completely false claim that I'd missed several appointments. Canceling an appointment for a sick animal at such short notice and essentially "throwing out" the owner has absolutely nothing to do with animal welfare or professionalism. For me, it's quite clear: I cannot recommend this practice.

I took my dog ​​and cat to the vet and I'm more than satisfied! The entire team is incredibly friendly; I've rarely experienced such warm and attentive care. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The vet is also extremely competent, explains everything clearly, and really takes her time. I feel completely at ease there, and best of all: my animals do too. A practice you can trust completely. Highly recommended! 🐾💛
