The Veterinary Practice with Heart!!! This veterinary practice is a true oasis of well-being for our beloved four-legged friends. The friendly atmosphere and competent care convinced us from the very first moment. You can immediately tell that the animals' welfare is their top priority. Treatments are explained in detail, and all questions are answered patiently. We and our dog Rondo have felt we are in excellent hands here for years, which is why we gladly travel over 20 km, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

The staff is great, and the employed doctors are also very friendly and take their time. But Ms. Lautenschläger just seems stressed and is so unfriendly. We were there with our dog for microchipping and had an appointment with her to have a tooth checked. She came in looking totally stressed, didn't say a friendly "Good day," didn't ask, "How's your dog?" Between two rooms, two animals, she made a diagnosis in 10 seconds: fractured tooth - root canal treatment. Okay, I thought, just a bad day, that can happen, stressed, etc. Then I wanted a cost estimate for our insurance. This was sent to me. What I can't understand is why, if blood tests are standard practice for surgeries, this isn't included in the cost estimate. Surgery appointment - Dog on the operating table, two assistants were there, my husband and I. My dog ​​is very attached to me. I wanted to say to him, "We can't all stand here right now. I need a little space to work." Couldn't that have been said a little more kindly? I then had a few more questions regarding the cost estimate. As a practice manager, I simply couldn't understand it, as it erodes trust when you issue estimates like that. I then spoke with my husband about her unfriendly manner and how one simply shouldn't treat animals or people like that, especially not before an operation, when everyone's nerves are understandably frayed. The assistant received this and dutifully passed it on. Had it not been passed on, I would have said so myself. The operation was over, and we received a call that the dog was in the recovery phase. Ms. Lautenschläger came in and complained about how I could say such a thing; her assistant had told her, which was outrageous, as she was the boss. I told her very clearly that it was the truth and how I felt. She told me to find a new vet, or rather, that I couldn't continue to go there in the future because she was the boss. She mentioned it at least three times that the practice was hers, that she was in charge, and that they had enough patients. I don't know where I met her, but her reaction says it all. With that attitude, I wish her the best of luck in the future.

My vet in Haßloch has permanently closed. I had an emergency with my cat. While I was completely turned away at the next town over, I was allowed to come here. My cat was able to get the help he needed, I was relieved, and I'm even allowed to stay. Everyone was very kind, and I felt well cared for. A big, heartfelt thank you to the entire practice from me and Leo.

I took my dog ​​to Dr. Schubert's today for an emergency appointment. She's a very kind, competent, and empathetic veterinarian – our dog received prompt care, and we were given thorough and easy-to-understand advice. The veterinary assistant was also incredibly friendly and understanding. You really feel well cared for here. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
