From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed and completely well cared for. The entire practice team is exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and dedicated, and the veterinarian also takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and treats both people and animals with great calm and competence. It's clear that the animals' well-being is the top priority here, and that they work with a great deal of expertise and genuine passion. Questions are taken seriously, concerns aren't dismissed, and you always feel in good hands. I work as a medical assistant in a practice myself, so I know that longer waiting times are sometimes unavoidable. Neither the team nor the veterinarians always have control over that. What's much more important to me is that they take the time when it matters, and that's exactly the case here. Even when the wait was a bit longer, I completely understood. A practice with heart, competence, and a fantastic team – I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian and will always return with complete peace of mind. 💛🐈

Far too crowded and long wait times for appointments. We had to wait almost half an hour before we could pay the bill. The four stars are, in my opinion, for the treatment of the animal. We are continuing our search for a new veterinarian.

Well organized, friendly staff, good doctors. We're glad to have found a good practice.

Today was our first time at the vet (my first time ever) to get my two cats vaccinated. Everything was explained clearly and they were both treated with great care. I'm looking forward to going there again.
