Far too crowded and long wait times for appointments. We had to wait almost half an hour before we could pay the bill. The four stars are, in my opinion, for the treatment of the animal. We are continuing our search for a new veterinarian.

We went to the vet today for the first time (for the first time in my life) to get my two cats vaccinated. Everything was explained to them, and they were treated with love. I'm looking forward to continuing to go there.

Dr. Keidel gave us and our puppy an incredibly warm welcome on a Sunday afternoon during her emergency appointment. Our little one had badly injured her tongue, and we thought it didn't look good, but thanks to Dr. Keidel's dedication and care, there's no sign of it today. Thank you so much! We are so happy that this scary ordeal had such a happy ending.

From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed and completely well cared for. The entire practice team is exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and dedicated, and the veterinarian also takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and treats both people and animals with great calm and competence. It's clear that the animals' well-being is the top priority here, and that they work with a great deal of expertise and genuine passion. Questions are taken seriously, concerns aren't dismissed, and you always feel in good hands. I work as a medical assistant in a practice myself, so I know that longer waiting times are sometimes unavoidable. Neither the team nor the veterinarians always have control over that. What's much more important to me is that they take the time when it matters, and that's exactly the case here. Even when the wait was a bit longer, I completely understood. A practice with heart, competence, and a fantastic team – I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian and will always return with complete peace of mind. 💛🐈
