One star because zero isn't an option. Don't take your animals there if you care about them. In the worst-case scenario, you'll get your pet back completely changed (in a bad way) and have to have it euthanized because they messed it up. Too many pet owners have had to put their animals down after visiting this "veterinarian." It doesn't matter if it's after routine procedures, microchipping, or tartar removal. Go to a decent veterinarian where your animal will actually be helped instead of being harmed to death! Her licenses should be revoked and she should be banned!
We met the practice team during our holiday in the region. Without this wonderful practice, our Paddi wouldn't be celebrating his 8th birthday today! I can only thank them from the bottom of my heart for their rescue, kindness, love, and calming presence 🙏🏻
Highly recommended. The veterinarian and veterinary assistant are very friendly and take their time with the animal. Beautiful, modern practice.
The one star is solely for the friendliness. Unfortunately, I can't give a single star for their expertise. It's a rip-off. My parents' cat had surgery here for a suspected intestinal obstruction. The bill was over €900. But the cat got worse more or less every day. They went back to the clinic. Three more injections, for nothing. Two days later, my parents took their cat to an experienced veterinarian for a second opinion, as they didn't want their pet to die. This other vet, however, discovered a fist-sized tumor in the intestine. No wonder the cat wasn't having bowel movements despite the surgery and was getting worse every day. An experienced veterinarian who performs surgeries should have seen this tumor during the operation. Instead, they simply emptied the intestine and stitched it up again. The end result was that the animal suffered excruciating pain for four weeks and had to be euthanized. It's unbelievable that they so shamelessly exploit people's love for their pets. No wonder the cat wasn't having bowel movements despite the surgery and was getting worse every day. Luckily, I take my four-legged friends to a different veterinarian.
