I can't believe what I just heard. We were inquiring about the cost of neutering a male cat. That means we contacted all the vets in the area. This guy refused to tell us how much it costs. He said we could just get an appointment and he'd tell us a specific amount of cash we should bring. First of all, I find that incredibly presumptuous—to act like that, to lecture us and make us feel guilty. Completely unempathetic. Absolutely appalling. He's clearly fed up with his job and with people asking for information. I'd send the tax office after Gerd, just because he wants us to bring cash. Run as fast as you can if you don't already have a vet; he just wants money. He made that perfectly clear. I hope you're ashamed of yourself, Mr. Krehahn.

A true veterinarian, very compassionate and competent. I took my St. Bernard there for the first time. I'm impressed by how lovingly he treats animals and by the treatment. I will certainly entrust my Chihuahua to his kind hands as well.
