We've been cat owners for many years. Due to a very negative experience with our last vet, we lost faith in him. That's why, after scheduling an appointment by phone this week, we took our Maine Coon cat to the Vet Center Neustadt for a check-up. What can I say? We were absolutely delighted! An appointment was available the day after we called. The separate waiting areas for dogs and cats reduce stress for everyone. We didn't have to wait long at all. The team is very friendly and empathetic. Our cat wasn't exactly thrilled about the examination, but he was surprisingly relaxed nonetheless. We received comprehensive information and advice, the options for further diagnosis were explained, but we weren't pressured into anything. We left with a herbal remedy that our Joe actually enjoys eating. And most importantly, we now have the peace of mind of knowing where we can go again if we have any problems. We took our rabbit to the vet today and were immediately impressed. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the wait in the waiting room was pleasantly short. We were particularly pleased that the vet and the entire team dedicated so much time to us and our rabbit. The examination was very thorough, and at no point did we feel rushed. Instead, we received personalized advice, were taken seriously, and were given detailed explanations. We also received many helpful tips and were very well cared for, including the appropriate medication. Both the vet and the entire staff were consistently friendly, empathetic, and dedicated. It's clear that they work with a great deal of heart and expertise, both for the animals and their owners.

We're there with our two cats, Pepsi and Happy. They're our first pets. We received a warm welcome right away, and every question we had was answered thoroughly and without any hesitation. We feel really comfortable, and our two cats are being treated with such wonderful care and are completely at ease.
