Extremely disappointing – unreachable in an emergency! In a critical emergency, I was referred to this veterinarian by the emergency veterinary hotline. Unfortunately, for several hours, only the answering machine picked up, stating that she was either off duty or in a dead zone. This is completely unacceptable for an on-call veterinarian. I tried repeatedly to get help for over three hours – without success. In my opinion, such behavior is grossly negligent and should be reported to the veterinary association. In an emergency, every minute counts – I was completely abandoned.

Very competent vet, knows her stuff and is always very friendly.

Although it was a very sad occasion, I can only recommend the practice; we were treated very professionally, and above all, very kindly and sensitively.
