On December 24, 2024, Ms. Kühn was on call for the veterinary emergency service. We had an emergency at home. At first, she didn't answer the phone. Even after several attempts, there was no response. Then we were told that our problem wasn't an emergency. Since the animal hadn't been hit by a car, we shouldn't make such a fuss. In desperation, we contacted the Bavarian emergency service. Thankfully, they helped us. Otherwise, my beloved pet would have died that night! Outrageous! If you don't want to be on call, you shouldn't do it. Another lucky escape.

Although it was a very sad occasion, I can only recommend the practice; we were treated very professionally, and above all, very kindly and sensitively.
Great vet, always nice and you can get appointments very quickly, Lusi always feels comfortable there.
Very competent vet, knows her stuff and is always very friendly.
