Excellent veterinary practice. We've been taking our cats there for a long time, first to Dr. Ebert in Ernstthal and now to the one in Neuhaus. Very empathetic.
It's actually a good practice, but they turn you away if you're even a minute late, despite calling ahead, due to work-related reasons. Strangely, the doctor wasn't there according to the opening hours, even though there are two doctors on duty. Extremely disappointed. A wasted hour's drive, especially with gas prices like these – infuriating.
I am deeply disappointed by this practice. Animal welfare is not a priority.
