The practice staff is always friendly, both to the animal patients and their owners. The treatment methods are explained clearly, something I've often missed in other practices. In direct comparison with other veterinary practices in the region, the practice in Lichte stands out positively, not only because of the points already mentioned, but also because of its comparatively fair prices. For me and my furry friends, this practice is always the first choice.

We are grateful for the veterinary care provided to our Thelma and the compassionate euthanasia. The treatment of both animals and people is very empathetic.

I'm thrilled with this practice! They have a very high level of expertise, a genuine love for animals, flexibility, and excellent communication!! What more could you ask for? Plus, it's the only practice in the area that opens at 8:00. We're staying at a campsite in the beautiful Thuringian Forest. This morning at 7:50, my dog ​​almost tore off a claw. He was bleeding heavily and was in shock. So I Googled for a vet nearby (we're in Großgröbern). All the other practices open at 10:00, 4:00, or not until tomorrow. Seriously??? At 7:59, someone answered the phone. They were very friendly and helpful, squeezing us in at 9:20, right after an operation. As an emergency. And then the vet took all the time our little patient needed. ... I was incredibly impressed by the competence and care shown to my dog ​​– he has severe allergies, kidney disease, and takes six different medications – and the genuine love for animals, evident throughout the entire team, was an added bonus! The 45km trip by e-bike with dog trailer was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much, and I'll definitely be back!
