I would like to share my satisfaction with the treatment my dog ​​received at Dr. Schygulla's practice. My dog ​​was suffering from severe vomiting and diarrhea. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Dr. Schygulla examined her thoroughly and explained the causes and treatment options. I can also highly commend the kind and helpful veterinary assistant; we felt very comfortable with her as well. Dr. Schygulla prescribed medication to alleviate the symptoms and explained in detail how to feed her a bland diet and how to care for her at home. Thanks to Dr. Schygulla's prompt and expert treatment, my dog ​​recovered within just a few days. I am very grateful to the practice and highly recommend it to any pet owner. They demonstrate both expertise and a genuine love for animals. Thank you again! ❤️

I was there for emergency surgery on Saturday. The doctor and assistant were very friendly. She saved my dog's life (a Chihuahua). I'm very grateful to her. She's been my doctor for as long as I've had dogs!

Totally cold and heartless in my opinion. While waiting in the waiting room, I was asked, "Is this the animal that's being euthanized?" That could have been phrased much better. The animal wasn't even examined to see if anything could be done; the decision was made immediately. On the phone, they also said directly that the animal couldn't stay there, but the wording was incredibly insensitive. After the sedation, the euthanasia drug was administered immediately. The animal wasn't even fully asleep; it was still half-awake. I felt completely unwelcome and wasn't even given the time to say goodbye to my beloved pet, nor any peace and quiet, as a phone call had to be made in the middle of the room, even though the entire practice was empty. I also felt that I wasn't given enough information about what was happening next, or even what was happening at all. I was totally surprised (when I asked) to hear, "No, it's not going to wake up." They didn't even offer tissues. And it was ridiculously overpriced, too. It was an emergency service, but even with the emergency fee, it was still expensive. That's when you see who's a truly passionate veterinarian and who isn't. I definitely can't recommend them. One star is even too generous. If it hadn't been an emergency, we definitely would have gone to a different vet. Just so you know: card payments aren't accepted.

She suggested an alternative and told me it was just a trial; she didn't give me false hope. Our cat was doing really well afterward. Ms. Schygulla and her assistant were very empathetic and treated our cat with great care. The animal's well-being is truly their top priority. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. I feel very well cared for.
