Our first visit to the practice. Dr. Buschmann asked many questions and listened very carefully. Her analysis was spot on. She handled our two budgies expertly, with a gentle, friendly touch, and without any beating around the bush. We'll see how the treatment goes. We have a very good feeling and are glad we came here. We've been taking our four Ragdolls to this practice regularly for over three years. Appointments have always been readily available, and in emergencies, we've always been able to come in immediately. I highly recommend this veterinarian and practice. Every vet visit costs money at any practice, but not everywhere are animals and their owners treated with such kindness and honesty.

A fantastic, competent team. We have a rather insecure dog, especially around other dogs. When scheduling appointments, they always make sure that we have as little contact as possible, or usually no contact at all, with other dogs. The examinations are always excellent, and they are very attentive to the animal's needs. In emergencies, you can come to the practice immediately, and the animal is treated right away. We are extremely satisfied.

Unfortunately, I can't write anything positive. We went there several times for the same problem and placed our trust in her, but we were very disappointed. My experience was not good at all. I took my bird there, and he was repeatedly treated incorrectly. The vet was very rough with the animal and completely unsympathetic, even though the bird was very ill. You couldn't say anything without her immediately hissing at you. Thanks to another avian specialist, he was saved! He made the correct diagnosis within 10 minutes and knew how to handle the bird!
