Experienced vet with high technology
Ok
I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Pferdeklinik Mühlen, especially Dr. Harland and Stephie,Alex ... for their warm welcome and professionalism. Im also deeply grateful to all the staff working there for their dedication and kindness. A special thank you to Dr. Camille, from whom I learned so much your guidance and knowledge were truly invaluable. Wish a good Luck for all the team 😍🐴🙏
Absolutely unreliable. In theory, they can do anything. They promise how and what can be implemented. Everything is supposed to be totally uncomplicated and straightforward. In practice, it's the complete opposite. They basically experiment on the animal. Then radio silence. We couldn't reach the vet for weeks, and when we did, we were given the runaround and put off. Of course, they also said, "No problem, we'll take care of everything." What sounded like a simple treatment at the initial consultation has now dragged on for six months. No end in sight.
In November 2025, we went to the Mühlen Equine Clinic with an acute emergency. Thanks to our prior telephone arrangements, Ms. Huguet and her team were already waiting for us upon arrival. Seconds after our arrival, they began the examination attentively and efficiently, and within minutes it was clear that a decision had to be made regarding the next steps. We received honest and calm advice, and it was clear that Ms. Huguet and her colleagues were prepared to do everything for my horse, regardless of the decision. Unfortunately, there was no hope for my horse, so we decided on euthanasia. We—and especially my horse—were treated with such love and dignity during this process that we remain deeply grateful to this day.
