A super-friendly, competent vet with incredible empathy. If you want your pet to be in good hands, this is the perfect place. The facility is beautifully designed, so you feel at home the moment you walk in. The emergency service was already unfriendly on the phone. No thanks.
I was turned away several times during office hours. What's the point of having a veterinarian or clinic in Jennersdorf then? In urgent cases, you have to go to the Gleisdorf or Graz Thalerhof veterinary clinics. It would be desirable to have a decent veterinary practice available in the Jennersdorf area, one that's accessible in emergencies.
