I am and always have been completely satisfied and happy with this veterinary team. It is very sad for me and incomprehensible when people publish something negative about this veterinary practice, because it is not true. I and all my friends and acquaintances can only say once again, "Thank you for your work."

This review pertains to our appointment and the disappointing quality of care at your practice. We had a scheduled appointment at 2:45 p.m. However, we weren't called in until 3:46 p.m., over an hour later. During this time, two other clients who arrived after us with later appointments were called in before us. No explanation or apology was offered. Our cat is currently suffering from severe anxiety following the arrival of new kittens. He withdraws, freezes, raises his fur, hisses, growls, and avoids the house—a condition that is both emotionally and medically serious. Making an already severely frightened animal wait for over an hour in a crowded waiting room, despite having a scheduled appointment, is unacceptable in our opinion and further worsens the animal's condition. During a previous visit, a veterinarian at your practice informed us that medication could be administered after examining the animal. This was precisely why we made this appointment. Instead, we were seen today by a different veterinarian who initially insisted that "there's nothing you can give a cat in such a case." This statement is technically incorrect. Appropriate medications are standardized, well-documented, and are already prescribed for our other cats. Only after we had to explain which medications are commonly used to treat anxiety disorders in cats, and after the veterinarian had to research them, were we very reluctantly informed that the medication could be ordered, which will now take another week. However, what was particularly irritating was your practice's subsequent handling of our truthful review: Instead of seeking a dialogue, apologizing for the situation, or offering to clarify the situation, we were threatened with legal action and asked to have the review deleted. In our view, such treatment of clients who contact the practice out of concern for their pet is neither professional nor trustworthy. Overall, due to the excessive waiting time, the factually incorrect information, the lack of preparation, and the subsequent handling of our review, this was the most unprofessional veterinary experience we have ever had. We will not be returning to this practice and cannot recommend them.

Fantastic team! Both on the phone and in person – always friendly, incredibly competent, and the treatment is quick. Our cat is getting on in years and we've been to several veterinary clinics, but we've never felt as well cared for as we do now in Fehring. Many thanks to the entire team!!
