Great practice and great team. Dr. Utzmann can sometimes come across as a bit blunt, but so far this has only been the case in serious situations where the animal's well-being was at stake. Ultimately, she has to speak for the animal, and that can be tough when her own mistakes are pointed out. That's why I'm giving her 5 stars. I don't need a vet who sugarcoats things; I need one who presents the facts clearly and in the animal's best interest! Since the animals receive top-notch care, I find the prices justified. If you look at the bill carefully, you know exactly what you're paying for.

We called Georgi as an emergency and received excellent advice. The doctor called us early in the morning to check in, and we met at the doctor's office 60 minutes later! Georgi was treated with compassion and also showed empathy for us as pet owners! Thank you!
