The entire practice team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and organized – both at reception and in the examination room. The veterinarians take their time, explain diagnoses and treatment steps clearly, and treat the animals with great care. You can immediately tell that expertise and genuine passion come together here. Even in stressful situations, the team remains calm, approachable, and professional. I particularly appreciate the respectful communication and the genuine interest in the animal's well-being. We went to see Ms. Seifert on Sunday for a "minor emergency." Although she initially assumed we'd have to be referred to the clinic, she told us to come by and she'd take a look. I took Irmchen there for her vaccinations today. As always, they were very friendly, there was no waiting time, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll gladly go again! I highly recommend them!
