The practice team and Dr. Niebel were very friendly and competent. Our Edi (dachshund) was quite nervous at first, but he relaxed very quickly and, probably also because of the gentle treatment, cooperated perfectly. We received a comprehensive understanding of the problem and what needs to be done. We are very satisfied and will gladly return. Edi is also happy to recommend the practice.

I came across Dr. Niebel due to an emergency and am so glad she treated my dog, even at that late hour. I would like to thank her again for her competent and prompt assistance. Excellent advice and a friendly approach at reasonable prices – highly recommended!

From what I can tell so far, she seems nice and competent. She clearly recommends when treatment is needed, but also when it's not absolutely necessary. Empathetic despite years of experience – exactly my idea of ​​a veterinarian. It's a shame they don't issue invoices. I didn't have any cash with me, and my card had problems. It was a bit of a stalemate, but it was resolved. Even then, everyone remained polite. So – a nice team. We'll be back.
