👌Highly competent veterinarian!!!! ☝️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came to the clinic unannounced with our cat (an outdoor cat). A fractured upper arm was diagnosed, requiring surgery. —>One hour before the end of the clinic hours (and the start of the Easter holidays), Dr. Neu and his entire team decided to treat and operate on our cat anyway.

Absolute recommendation – life-saving expertise and exceptional dedication Dr. Peter Neu saved our cat Toffee's life. From the very first moment, he acted with the utmost competence, structure, and determination. Through targeted diagnostics (X-rays, ultrasound, and immediate puncture to relieve the pressure, followed by laboratory analysis), the situation was assessed quickly and accurately. It was particularly impressive that the previous COVID infection was recognized and taken into account, and the subsequent lab results clearly indicated FIP. Without wasting any time, Dr. Neu immediately obtained an approved treatment from France – it doesn't get much more professional or dedicated than that. A huge thank you also goes to the entire practice team: All the staff members were exceptionally warm, empathetic, and caring at all times – both in their interactions with Toffee and with us as his owners. You feel taken seriously, supported, and in the best possible hands. By the second day of treatment, Toffee was already feeling significantly better, and we see progress every day. We have been very happy with Dr. We found not just a veterinary practice with Peter Neu and his team, but true lifesavers for our cat. Top-notch expertise, compassionate, clear communication, and uncompromisingly committed to the animal's welfare. Many thanks to the entire team – highly recommended!
Our Saphira, 9 years old, had surgery with Dr. Peter Neu in April 2026. Her entire left mammary gland was removed in a major operation. Our anxiety and tension were always taken seriously and eased through warm, empathetic conversations. We have been going to this veterinary practice since 2022, when we also had a minor surgery, and we always feel very well advised and cared for with complete empathy. This time, we were at the practice for several follow-up appointments and were warmly welcomed and Saphira received loving aftercare, no matter when. Dr. Neu is very competent and always gave us helpful care instructions for home. Thank you for helping our Saphira recover. The doctor and the entire team are incredibly friendly, very animal-loving, and warm. We will always come back. The Marcinkewitsch Family and Saphira (English Cocker Spaniel)
My Lilly had lymphoma when she was only 5 years old. This type of cancer is incurable and without treatment, the prognosis is about 8 weeks of survival. Dr. Neu administered her chemotherapy with us. He was there for us when things got difficult, and so we persevered with the chemo until the end, week after week. Many people give up. But he gave us the feeling that we could do it. Keep going. It was worth it. With very few exceptions, she was doing well during and after the chemo. We were able to lead an almost normal life and even had some wonderful vacations at the sea she loved so much. She was very happy, and until then, it was two and a half years... instead of just 8 weeks. In dog years, that's so much more. Thank you, Peter, for giving us this precious time. And thank you from Merlin, whom Lilly raised. It was a gift.
