My dog really likes going there! At my last vet's, he refused to go even before I got there.

Unfortunately, sometimes it's not a good time to go there, but my cat, who was hit by a car and suffered a double pelvic fracture, was saved! Thanks to a very competent and friendly team, he can now walk almost normally again and enjoy his freedom!!!! Thank you again to everyone there!

Yesterday morning, our vet in Lichtenfels referred us to Lautertal as an emergency case because our cat was very ill. It was life-threatening! Our vet had called ahead to register us as an emergency, repeatedly emphasizing the urgency and the fact that our cat was close to death. So we rushed to Lautertal as quickly as possible. It was HELL. At first, the receptionists completely ignored us, and then they rudely asked what we needed. I pointed out that we had been registered as an emergency! We had to fill out a form and take a seat! The women were ICE COLD and emotionless, even though they could see I was crying and shaking so badly I couldn't even hold a pen. After 45 minutes, I had to leave my husband alone at the clinic because I had a nervous breakdown, hyperventilating and vomiting several times on the clinic grounds. My husband waited another 20 minutes before he finally saw a doctor. The sad end came when my beloved cat finally died in the arms of a medical assistant. No condolences were offered, nothing was said; instead, someone, completely distraught, ran after my husband, who had left the clinic distraught with our dead cat, demanding he pay the bill. NEVER AGAIN LAUTERTAL!!! ESPECIALLY NOT WITH AN EMERGENCY!!! I have NEVER experienced anything so cold and emotionless!!!

Thanks to another veterinary practice, my cat was finally able to get help with her inflammation. When we first took her to this local practice, we waited 1.5 hours (with an appointment). She was then examined very briefly, and only the bare minimum was done. They said it was so swollen that they couldn't determine anything further, and prescribed an ointment. At the other practice, however, they immediately tested her blood and discovered that she urgently needed medication, especially for the pain. They also performed further tests and provided a lab report. Luckily, we were already at another practice; otherwise, my cat would probably still be suffering from the pain and inflammation today. In conclusion: a very long wait despite having an appointment, a quick turnaround, and only very superficial treatments and consultations.
