For many years, I've entrusted my cats' health to the Immenstadt Small Animal Clinic. It all started with Whisky, Cassy, ​​Simba, and Maggie; today, Emma and Knightley are also cared for here. My first visit was also one of the hardest moments, as my cat Maggie had to be put to sleep. During this difficult time, I received incredibly compassionate support. This experience convinced me so much that I've taken all my animals exclusively to this clinic ever since. Whether it's a routine check-up, dental treatment, or an emergency, I always feel I receive expert advice and am taken seriously. The entire team is warm, takes their time, and treats the animals with loving care. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and have already recommended it to several other pet owners who are now just as satisfied as I am. My cat unfortunately suffered from tooth resorption at a very young age. Dr. Geisser and her staff were very kind and accommodating. My feisty and anxious cat was definitely a challenge, but the team handled it expertly. Dr. Geisser was also very gentle and careful during the follow-up examination after the surgery. We particularly appreciated the thorough documentation and the clear explanation of exactly what was done. We sincerely thank you for your expertise and the cat-friendly treatment. They take their work seriously here, from reception to aftercare. P.S.: Even cats with the personality of a tiger are well cared for here. 😅🙂‍↕️

Dr. Schuster is an incredibly loving, caring, and highly skilled veterinarian. During a very stressful time for us, she gave us the feeling that we finally had a clear path forward to help our little cat. She listens, takes concerns seriously, and instills a sense of security and trust. The entire team is also warm, empathetic, and always there for both animals and their owners. Especially since we pet owners also empathize with our animals and have our own worries, this support means so much. We haven't quite reached our goal yet, but thanks to Dr. Schuster and her wonderful team, we feel incredibly well supported and in good hands. Excellent professional care and calm, pleasant communication. Our dogs received competent and very empathetic help every time. We feel very well cared for there, and Petra has our complete trust.

I took my pet to this practice for treatment and was unfortunately quite dissatisfied. In my opinion, the actual main problem wasn't given enough attention. Instead, a lot of time was spent on secondary issues, which unnecessarily prolonged the treatment. This resulted in a significantly higher bill, even though the original issue wasn't resolved satisfactorily. Based on this experience, I cannot personally recommend this practice. Anyone considering this practice should think carefully about whether they want their pet treated there. In the Blaichach area, I've had much better experiences with other veterinarians who focus more clearly on the main problem and prioritize the animal's well-being. It's a real shame.
