I can't understand the positive reviews at all. We took our cat there for a diagnosis, and what did we get? A complete misdiagnosis. Thank goodness we decided to get a second opinion. And then they even attacked us, saying it was irresponsible of us to not take the medication. I can only say thank goodness. They immediately assumed we didn't want to help the animal. It's a good thing we went to another vet; now we know the reason and our cat is getting the help she needs.

I'm very satisfied; our emergency was handled wonderfully and quickly. Our 4-month-old kitten had a lip abrasion, I went there on a public holiday, and he was treated promptly. The price/performance ratio was excellent compared to my first choice! Thank you so much, dear practice team, he's already feeling much better.
