Not recommended! Dog died! Our 9-month-old dog became so ill less than an hour after a treatment with Ms. Geiger that he hid at home, screaming, barking, and howling in pain. When we called Ms. Geiger, described the situation in detail, and shared our dog's suffering with her, she simply said, "He's just whining," "It will stop soon," and "There's no danger." When it didn't stop, we tried to reach Ms. Geiger several more times. In vain. When we then called an animal hospital out of fear for our dog, he died during the call. Days later, Ms. Geiger didn't respond to our calls or WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately, she sent a voice message, intended for someone else, to my wife's number, in which she called us both "hysterical" and said she would no longer respond to messages. We were so shocked by this behavior. After we informed her at her practice about what had happened to our dog and confronted her with her voicemail, not a word of sympathy or even an apology came from her. She even said that she hadn't believed us or our description of our dog's condition over the phone, and that in her experience, the dog would "rather be happy to see its owner." In my opinion, this is a complete misjudgment of the situation and simply heartbreaking. This review won't bring our dog back, but perhaps it will spare someone else such a fate.
Very nice and she handles the animals wonderfully! My dogs aren't afraid of her like they are with other vets!
A super nice vet! Our dog practically runs into the practice. Dr. Geiger is wonderful with the animals, and she really checks everything medically and quickly figures out what the problem might be. Samples were sent in, and after a few days, my smartphone rang with the results. I left the practice very satisfied, and that's very important to me. Highly recommended if you have any problems with your animals!
