Today was my first time at Dr. Kiel's veterinary clinic, and I'm absolutely thrilled! She's a fantastic vet, and communication was excellent. Dr. Kiel answered all my questions and took wonderful care of my cat, who was spayed today. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick her up right away, but only after work, and Dr. Kiel looked after her in the meantime! That was truly amazing! You feel completely at ease there. She's a really great and friendly vet! I'll definitely be going back :-)
Today was my first time taking my cat Lemmy to Dr. Kiel's vet. She's such a lovely and kind vet with so much patience and takes the time to get to know each animal – simply top-notch! No rushed service, just genuine warmth towards both animals and people. We'll definitely be staying here! 🐱🌷

After the examination, we had a chat, which made me feel like I was being taken seriously and not just sent away after the check-up. The vet is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable; she explains everything so clearly that everyone understands what's happening with their pet. I can highly recommend her :)
