I felt very well cared for at the veterinary clinic! We received a very warm welcome on our first visit, and our dog was examined with great care and patience. I would especially like to emphasize that the veterinarian took an incredible amount of time to explain everything in detail – from the upcoming surgery to the potential risks and aftercare. Thanks to her meticulousness and thorough examination, an additional diagnosis was even made that we hadn't been aware of before. We are very grateful for the competent, empathetic, and honest care. Highly recommended! 🐾

Thank you so much again for Saturday evening ❤ My cat Simba wasn't feeling well on Saturday, so I called you. I immediately felt understood and was able to bring Simba in right away. The reception was very friendly and empathetic. Thank you again to the lovely lady at reception. Unfortunately, Simba took his last breath in the waiting room. My boyfriend was immediately taken with him to the examination room, where it quickly became clear that he hadn't made it. I am so grateful that you gave me the time to say goodbye to him. That wasn't something I took for granted. Thank you again for everything, and I will gladly come back to you again. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Thank you also on Simba's behalf ❤

My grandchildren's cat fell out of a second-story window in Stadthagen during the night. It lay motionless but alive in the garden. My grandchildren immediately searched for an emergency veterinarian and found only the animal clinic in Nienburg. A vet there took on the severely injured animal. A deposit was requested several times, including over the phone. The cat had severe paralysis in its hind limbs and a bruise (bulge) the size of a child's fist on its abdomen. In my opinion, its chances of survival were very, very slim. My grandchildren were advised to continue treating the cat and leave it at the clinic. A deposit of €1500 was requested, which I paid immediately. The next morning, the clinic called to say the cat had died and asked if resuscitation should be attempted. Because my grandchildren were in shock and very attached to the cat, they agreed to resuscitation out of emotional distress. I personally cannot understand how a dead cat can be revived. The whole operation was unsuccessful anyway. Another €475.61 was due when the dead animal was collected. My impression, as someone not particularly emotionally affected, is that the entire treatment, including the resuscitation of a dead animal, was solely designed to generate as much revenue as possible. At no point during the treatment was a painless euthanasia of the severely injured animal considered, let alone discussed. In the end, the treatment, which lasted from 2:00 a.m. until morning, cost almost €2000. Walter Morak

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Nienburg Veterinary Clinic and all its staff. Unfortunately, we had to bring our little Henry there twice within two years for an emergency visit. The first time, another veterinary practice administered the wrong pain medication, and little Henry was in danger of losing control. We had to rush him to the clinic in the middle of the night, where we were greeted very warmly and the examination began immediately. After two days of hospitalization, we were able to pick up our little rascal. We were given all the necessary information and were able to take Henry home, back to his usual strength and with his characteristic stubbornness. Our second visit was also very urgent. After a minor animal bite and subsequent wound infection, we had to seek emergency care once again. After sedation, treatment, and care, little Henry was back to his old self. A follow-up appointment the next day went as usual – very compassionate staff, a highly competent team, and an atmosphere that puts you completely at ease. Our second visit was also very urgent. Thank you so much for saving our little troublemaker's life twice already. Hopefully, he'll now come to you for his routine checkups as well as emergencies. Warmest regards from four paws, Your Henry and his two-legged companion
