Sunday, June 28, 2026 Mr. Richter refused to help my dog, who was in severe pain, because he doesn't treat animals from other veterinarians. His exact words were: "Your dog will survive the night!!! And then go to your vet tomorrow!!!" I have never experienced such a lack of empathy from a veterinarian. The Neu Anspach Animal Clinic helped me immediately. The veterinarian there was appalled by Mr. Richter's behavior. Animal welfare is clearly not a priority here. :(
