I've been taking all my animals there for years and am very satisfied. She's honest, fair, and competent, and all my animals love this empathetic vet. In emergencies, they'll even squeeze you in because your pet is simply important. The practice team is always friendly and helpful, too.

If you have minor problems, it's okay. But unfortunately, she's not at all friendly with her staff. She's very scabby. The staff member must have a thousand arms. And the treatment room is very dark. She can't really look at the wound, for example. You can't see anything in the dark room. If there's something serious wrong with the animal, I'd go somewhere else. But if you know what the problem is, you can go there. Or for vaccinations, it's okay, too.

Dr. Grund is a very competent veterinarian. Her practice isn't full of high-tech equipment, but you feel well cared for. I've been taking my animals to her for over 15 years. Dr. Grund has a wealth of experience. I highly recommend her practice.

I took my cat to this veterinary clinic this morning because she was having problems and I urgently needed to have her checked out. We aren't existing patients there, which I mentioned right away. As soon as I walked in, I was met with very unfriendly looks, as if I weren't welcome. When I politely explained that my cat had a health issue, there were loud groans and a clearly annoyed reaction – as if I had done something wrong simply by showing up unannounced. I was then informed that appointments were required. That's perfectly fine – I simply wasn't aware of it. But instead of explaining it politely, there was another audible groan and a loud sigh. I felt really uncomfortable and out of place. When I then said that we weren't yet registered as patients, there was another instance of that annoyed groaning. I remained polite the entire time, but the receptionist was so unfriendly that I finally decided to leave. I can't comment on the veterinarian, as I didn't even get that far. In conclusion: I had really hoped to find competent help—but the reception was so unfriendly that I didn't feel comfortable there at all. It's a shame. Friendly communication makes a big difference, especially when you're there with a sick animal!
