Reviews
We've been taking our fourth cat to this practice for years now. Our cats have had everything – chronic illnesses, accidents, routine visits… no matter what it was – we always felt, and still feel, in excellent hands with Mr. Vogelezang and his team. I can't comment on the cost of treatments, as I have nothing to compare it to. But my pet's life is very important to me. That's why a good practice with competent veterinarians is so important to me.
Fantastic veterinarian! He explains all the steps, background information, and details very clearly and kindly. I've always felt my dog was in good hands; the entire staff is courteous and polite. They truly care about the animal, not about squeezing as much money as possible out of the owner. Top-notch! 😊👍🏻
I've been a patient at Dr. Vogelezang's veterinary practice for nine years now. We've been through almost everything a dog can go through, from neutering and the craziest accidents to major bowel surgery, dental care, and chronic pancreatitis. For the major bowel surgery, Dr. Vogelezang even drove all the way from Munich in the middle of the night to save our Conrad. Aside from the absolutely impeccable work of everyone at the practice, we've also found wonderful friends for our four Cairn Terriers, who would all do anything for them. All the vets are incredibly competent. Each one has their strengths. That's why I appreciated not always seeing the head vet, whom I might find wonderful, but also the female vets or Frank, who were each adored by one or more of my terriers and whom I, of course, also think are great. We've never regretted a visit to the practice and have never felt like we were paying too much. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care, diligence, and conscientiousness with which my beloved pets were treated. Unfortunately, we can't take you with us to Greece. But you will always be our favorite veterinary practice. And that goes for all of you, including the many veterinary assistants we've had the pleasure of meeting. Even during the most difficult times, I always felt well cared for with your worries, and the health of my dogs speaks for itself.
I took my dog to the veterinary practice of Dr. R. Vogelezang for a cardiac ultrasound. The veterinarians are outstanding professionals – competent, friendly, and very empathetic. The prices are absolutely fair and transparent. I would especially like to thank the attending veterinarian for his patience and understanding – our consultation took place via telephone translator, which he handled with great calm and respect. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
I would give zero stars if I could, but that's not possible. Despite three consecutive days of examinations, the dog's intestinal obstruction went undetected. They only recognized the symptoms and treated the dog with injections. An X-ray machine was in the same room, yet despite the dog's distended abdomen, no one examined it. A day later, the dog was so ill that it had to be euthanized at a veterinary clinic. Not recommended and expensive.
