The ladies at reception seemed bored, sitting around nibbling on their rolls. Some of the doctors were young and inexperienced, and they rotated frequently. The bill was incorrect. The young female doctor showed little empathy for the animal. She also seemed rather incomplete; the young doctor from the previous day had been more thorough. The young lady/doctor seriously asked me if the animal should be weighed. Essential for dosing the medication (antibiotics) – what kind of question is that? Regarding the incorrect bill, I was told not to make such a fuss, it was only €10.00. It's great that the bill included a medication that, according to the doctor, the clinic doesn't even carry. I've had cats for 15 years and have unfortunately been to quite a few vets, but I've never experienced anything like this. The doctor wasn't under any time pressure when writing the bill, as there were no other patients present. The head doctor was supposedly not there either. When the cat's away, the mice will play. In any case, you don't really feel welcome, and you get the feeling you're interrupting a casual coffee klatch. I can't build any trust with the young people here. However, I must give the head doctor a positive review. Empathetic and experienced. I'll only go to him from now on. So, all in all, it depends on which doctor you end up with. The clinic is nearby. The price is okay.
