Super Doc
Not good... I went to see him on a Friday with my cat because he hadn't had a bowel movement for days. Mr. Müller seemed very disinterested and even somewhat annoyed. A week earlier, a bacterium had been found in my cat's urine, which is why he was given antibiotics, but he didn't tolerate them well. After I told the vet that my cat couldn't tolerate them, he said, completely annoyed, "Then just leave it out." I then asked him: "And how do we find out now if the dose was sufficient and the bacterium is still there?" He rudely replied, "We'll have to pray and hope," instead of doing another urine test to see if it was still present or not. I even had to remind him about another test at the end. 'We'll have to pray and hope,' instead of doing another urine test to see if it was still there or not. Regarding the issue with the cat's bowel movement (no bowel movement for over 80 hours!!), he simply said, "Your cat isn't constipated," without properly examining him. The next day, Saturday, I had to take my cat to the emergency vet because he still hadn't defecated. The vet there said my cat was completely constipated and that it could have been dangerous and had a very different outcome. Mr. Müller in Treuen gave me a wrong diagnosis, which could have had a very different outcome for my cat, and then, to top it off, charged a very high price. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, he was incredibly unfriendly, annoyed, and sometimes even forceful if you said or asked anything. The reception staff were the same, except for the lady with short blonde hair; she was always friendly and empathetic. From a human perspective, he's completely unsuitable as a veterinarian. Please find another vet.
We have now had 3 procedures / surgeries on our 2 dogs with Dr. Müller, and the result was flawless every time.
My Basset Hound, Lotti, had health problems this morning... The emergency vet hotline wasn't working... I called vets all over the area... Müller's practice in Treuen was the only one I could reach... Thank you so much for the competent and friendly care there... Kerstin Neidhardt from Plauen
