Reviews
I can't comment on the professional competence of these veterinarians, as I haven't had the opportunity to use their services. However, it's highly doubtful that animal welfare is the top priority at this practice. A few days ago, I called the clinic because my 18-year-old cat needed to be euthanized. I requested a house call to spare my pet unnecessary stress. I had to wait several hours for the vet's reply (while my cat was dying), only to be told that they don't offer house calls for new clients. I would have understood if they had refused immediately (for example, because they generally don't offer house calls or because of the pandemic), but I was explicitly told that as a new client, I couldn't use this service. I was told I could, however, come to the clinic for the procedure to be carried out quickly. This showed me that it wasn't about the fact that they didn't know the animal. It was simply about their own convenience. I'd understand if they had refused immediately (for example, because they don't offer house calls at all or because of the pandemic), but I was explicitly told that as a new client, I couldn't use this service. Fortunately, immediately after the house call was canceled, I found another veterinarian who readily agreed to come and euthanize the poor animal, ending our suffering as well. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice, regardless of how competent the veterinarians may (perhaps) be.
The doctors are always friendly, as are the assistants. They've helped us several times (with our cat). A slightly more modern look would be even better; the practice in Amerang is on a completely different level, and the Traunreut practice would benefit from a bit more modern design too.
A truly wonderful practice. Whether it's an emergency or just a routine vaccination, everything runs like clockwork. My cats aren't exactly thrilled about going to the vet, but thanks to the friendly and prompt service, they patiently endure everything. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
I was here today for the second time with my cat and I'm thrilled. The vet and staff are very friendly and handle the pets wonderfully, giving clear and easy-to-understand advice. Everything was explained perfectly. I think I'll switch to this vet permanently.
Very, very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this veterinary practice. Best regards, Kilian the cat
