About five months ago, our cat had a heart attack. We immediately went to this vet, and initially everything seemed fine. When our cat had another attack, I called him, as he was already familiar with the situation. He simply said he was out and didn't have time, then told me I had to do something on a website. He mentioned the website, said "Good evening," and then immediately hung up. After more than an hour of desperately searching for another emergency vet, our cat sadly didn't make it. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, coldness, and lack of empathy. Not recommended.

Our veterinarian, Dr. Volkart, is an absolute godsend! Although he could have long since retired, he and his wife continue to run the practice with incredible dedication and passion. With every visit, you can feel how much the animals' well-being means to him. His vast experience and comprehensive knowledge immediately give you peace of mind – our animals are in the very best hands here. It's particularly impressive that you can even get an appointment at short notice in the evenings if it's an emergency. This level of commitment is anything but a given. Besides his professional expertise, he is above all else: a truly kind person. We are incredibly grateful for the loving, patient, and reliable care. A heartfelt recommendation! 🐾
