Wonderful people, very charming and friendly. We came for a vaccine and even though we don't speak German we had no issues communicating with Dr. Volkart which is an amazing person. I highly recommend him.

We can't thank this practice enough! After being turned away by the emergency veterinary service, and this being the last practice in our area, we called in utter desperation. Our dog had suddenly collapsed for no apparent reason and was unresponsive. The situation was a complete shock for us. Even on the phone, we were treated with incredible kindness, understanding, and empathy. The team immediately took us seriously, calmed us down, and supported us with great compassion. This human support was invaluable, especially during that moment of fear and helplessness. Although the nearest animal hospital would have been about 1.5 hours away, we received immediate assistance here. The care, compassion, and willingness to help our dog, and us as her worried owners, were simply exceptional. Thank you so much for your prompt assistance, your emotional support, and your kindness. You are a fantastic team and wonderful people. We will never forget it!

About five months ago, our cat had a heart attack. We immediately went to this vet, and initially everything seemed fine. When our cat had another attack, I called him, as he was already familiar with the situation. He simply said he was out and didn't have time, then told me I had to do something on a website. He mentioned the website, said "Good evening," and then immediately hung up. After more than an hour of desperately searching for another emergency vet, our cat sadly didn't make it. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, coldness, and lack of empathy. Not recommended.

We take our German Pinscher to Dr. Volkart and are very satisfied. He handles our dog calmly and confidently, which immediately made us feel comfortable. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and is very experienced. You never get the feeling that unnecessary treatments are being performed, but rather that decisions are truly made in the best interests of the animal. The team is also very friendly. We feel very well cared for there and can definitely recommend the practice.
