First visit. Very warm welcome, everything was stress-free and friendly. Understandably, the cats were scared, but they were examined very gently and carefully. Everything was explained clearly, and we immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment. Since appointments aren't required, there was a bit of a wait, but this was made much more pleasant by the friendly other patients. Emails were answered quickly, we felt well cared for, and we'd gladly return. It's well worth the extra travel time.
