Friendly staff and doctor, prices are reasonable. They also explain things in a child-friendly way if you're there with your child and pet.

First visit. Very warm welcome, everything was stress-free and friendly. Understandably, the cats were scared, but they were examined very gently and carefully. Everything was explained clearly, and we immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment. Since appointments aren't required, there was a bit of a wait, but this was made much more pleasant by the friendly other patients. Emails were answered quickly, we felt well cared for, and we'd gladly return. It's well worth the extra travel time.

Our farm cat, dog, and sheep love Meike. They quickly gain trust and everyone feels in good hands! They're always well-informed about treatment, therapy, alternatives, costs, etc. There's plenty of time to ask questions. The team is also worth mentioning. Super friendly, prompt, and always in a good mood. Depending on the number of people, you may have to wait (a lot), but we're happy to wait!
